still looking for a job. no luck yet. i've probably filled out 100 applications and handed out the same amount of resumes. this is getting really annoying! why won't anyone give me a freakin' job.

some of the applications have had some pretty weird questions on them. i filled out an application at an Urban Outfitters a couple of days ago. their application asked me what my first visit to an urabn outfitters was like (this visit was my first time. i can't afford $100 for a pair af jeans) asked me what my favorite stores/brands are [Target, Old Navy, Best Buy, Meijers, thrift stores] and they asked me what was the last CD i had bought [Foo Fighters "In Your Honor"]. later i applied at a moosejaw store (it's a outdoors store with tents and the like) they asked me what CD is in my stereo  [Jack Johnson "In Between Dreams"] which was followed b what has to be the weirdest question ever put on a job application "who do you think is better looking Ben Aflack or Matt Damon?" [i put down thati had no clue]. why do you need to know this stuff when you are hireing people?

yesterday i finally got my new glasses in. my uncle ray/aunt rita were generous enough to lend me the money. my new ones like just like my old one but are a little bigger and black in stead of blueish-silver. man, does it fill good to be able to see again.

ok, well that's about it for me. i want to wish everyone a safe and happy Independce Day. Stay cool, drink alot of water and have fun!
