I went in today for an assesment for the new welding job. Everything was all set up and prepped for me when I got there, which surprised me. They had me do two welds to show my abilities. I didn;t do as well as I'd have hoped but I didn't fuck it up or anything.

Tomomorrow I go in a take three certification test. I only need to pass one to work ther the other two are more just to cover all the bases. I'm a liitle worried because the one that counts in the Stainless Steel  which I haven't done before.

But, here's the god news, they did offer me an on the job training program. So here's my thinking I showed today that I can do the work but am probably not up to the par they are looking for. But they need worker for this bug Defence contract they have so they'll throw me a bone so they can have someone to do the work.

Here's to me getting the job and the hopes that all goes well
