God News!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The house finally sold! I don't know for how much yet. I don't know who but I think it was the young newly-wed couple that looked at it a couple times. 

This is so very cool.

I'm gonna buy a car with my share of the money. Then whatever is left I will either a) us eit as a down payment on a house, b) invest or save, c) use for tuituion, or d) live off of it. 

Now the Bad News...

I have to be moved out in two weeks. I thought it had to be a month or something, but no, it two freakin' weeks. And I have just enough money in the bank for a first months rent or maybe a credit deposit. I need to find a second job so I can make enough money.

But the Good News totally outweighs the bad.

Plus, I am getting all the furnishings in the house. That menas I get a bed, couch, dineing set, desk and chair, some lamps,  a dresser, and some other kick assin' stuff. 

This is the best news I've heard all day.. no week...month. This just kicks major arse.

Wish me luck in finding an apartment.
